Winter Lets

• We run winter lets during the period from 1st November until 28th March i.e. the week before Easter. The rates offered are highly competitive and are negotiable.

• The apartments are let on a rolling monthly basis to allow our guests to arrive and depart at their convenience, i.e. stay for periods from one month up to five months.

• Bookings are only accepted and confirmed upon receipt of a completed booking form. Four weeks rent is payable as a deposit on booking. Four weeks rent in advance is payable one week before collection of the keys. The deposit is returnable if the booking is not accepted or at the end of the term, after inspection.

• We have found this ideal for persons who do not want to be tied into a six or twelve month contract. Such persons may be:

1. Those visiting relatives in Torbay for an extended period.
2. Persons who have sold their house and as cash buyers are looking to purchase a new home.
3. People moving into the area for work etc who are looking to find a more permanent home but need short term accommodation to do so.
4. Those simply looking for a longer holiday and allow them to further explore a beautiful part of the UK.

• Clearly, there are many other reasons why you may want such such accommodation and the above are just some examples of those who have stayed with us in the past.

• Unfortunately we cannot accommodate people on benefits.

Pricing for each apartment as follows.

• Apartment 1 – weekly rate – £280 plus utilities and a£50 monthly compulsory clean.
  
• Apartment 2 – weekly rate – £225 plus utilities and a £50 monthly compulsory clean.
  
• Apartment 4 – weekly rate – to be advised when available.
  
• Apartment 5 – weekly rate – £160 plus utilities and a £40 monthly compulsory clean.
  
• Apartment 6 – weekly rate – £210 plus utilities and a £50 monthly compulsory clean.
  
• Apartment 7 – weekly rate – to be advised when available.
  
• Apartment 8 – weekly rate – to be advised when available.
  
• Penthouse – weekly rate – to be advised when available.

• Linen can be provided at an additional cost if required.
