If first impressions are anything to go by then The Penthouse hits the spot every time.  Step inside the hallway and look up, the sunlight streams in through a huge glass atrium and light fills the whole apartment.  Stroll into the living area and you are greeted by a fantastic view of the ocean, Goodrington Sands with Brixham in the distance.

The floor to ceiling glass doors lead out onto an impressive balcony with sun loungers and dining furniture but even better, enjoy the view from the huge hot tub for a feeling of complete and utter luxury.

Take a glimpse through the living area and you will see a state of the art Plasma TV with cinematic surround sound system including DVD player.  The impressive, contemporary kitchen/diner has striking views of the ocean from the Juliet balcony.

Bedroom 1 has a Super King Sized bed with views towards Clennon Valley.  The second bedroom, accessed down two steps has an ensuite bathroom, there is one further double bedroom.  A luxury family bathroom completes the picture for a truly fabulous stay.
